- Internal Circuits includes: MCB, Fuse, Contactor, Thermal Overload Relay, Control Relay.
Auto Operation to be implemented in the following options:
- 24Vac supply from external source to trigger Auto function.
- 24Vdc supply from external source to trigger Auto function.
- 24 hours time clock to trigger Auto function.
Product does NOT include Site Installation and Commissioning.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and components in the product.
Warranty Limitation
The warranty does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or cover normal wear and tear of the Product. The warranty claims that relate to damages, failures or defects caused by any of the following factors are not covered by this warranty:
- Inappropriate site installation or poor site conditions. (example include, but not limited to: installing an indoor panel for outdoor application, supplying wrong voltages or wrong wiring connection to the product, influence from construction dust during the construction phase, insufficient maintenance of the product)
- Unauthorised modifications, misuse, or operating errors.
- Insufficient ventilation due to site installation.
- Damages during transportation or storage.
- External factors, such as fire, flood, storm damage, overvoltage, lightning strikes or vandalism.
- Consumable components of any type are not covered by this warranty. (example include, but not limited to: fuses, surge arrestors, and filters)
- Warranty claims also exclude compensation for damages related to loss of production or business operation or any expenses incurred by customer towards repair and replacement of Product.
Geographic Limitation
This warranty is limited to Singapore mainland and Jurong Island.
Out of Warranty Service
If the warranty period has expired, if the product was damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, if other conditions of the warrant have not been met, the product may be serviced with a fee.
Delivery Lead-time is estimated to be 5 to 7 working days upon received of order.
Order received after 3.00pm will be processed in the next working day.
Order received on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday will be processed in the next working day.
